I bought a tote bag monogrammed with each of my bridesmaid's first names from The Knot.
I filled it with the following:
a compact
a tank top
a journal
a jeweled pencil
and a cherry blossom spritzer from Bath & Bodyworks.

K wants a sparkler send-off, which I think is a cute idea despite my fear of my fear of being set aflame by a wayward spark. These matches are $6 a pop from sugarpaper.com
I just got my zazzle custom postage in and I have to say I am not impressed. The stamps are way too big even though I ordered the small ones and they have "zazzle.com" written across the top. They'll work for my save-the-date cards, but I don't know about using them for invitations...
For $7.99 you can upload a video and Motionbox will turn it into a flipbook. I'm not sure how to incorporate this into the wedding, but there has to be a way!
This blog is mostly meant as a collection of thoughts and ideas for my upcoming wedding. I recently became engaged to the man of my dreams. Hokey eh? But that doesn't make it any less true. The wedding will be in California. But, both my honey and I live in Miami. Coordinating a long distance wedding will be a challenge, but as long as we're married at the end of the day, who cares what the cake looks like or if the bridesmaids' dresses don't match, right?
I tend to collect a lot of pictures and then throw them on the blog days after collecting them, so if you see a picture that is not properly credited or shouldn't be up here, please let me know.
